The Historic Craftsman has 4 bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms available when you pay for 8 guests. 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths when you pay for 6 guests. 2 bedroom with 1.5 baths when you pay for 4 guests. 1 bedroom with 1 bath when you pay for 2 guests. (No elevator for upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms). Although you will never share the cottage with guests outside your party the extra bedrooms will be locked if extra guests are not in the reservation. Please modify your reservation before arrival if you will need more bedrooms and bathrooms Downstairs you have a full kitchen and a living room equipped with a Smart TV to post your waterfront pics online with our high-speed WiFi as well as a large dining table on the wrap around front porch.
